I loosely mentioned it before.
This time I mean it.
Best brunch deal in Dallas :
The Old Monk.

Their gravy looks sorta like this :

They also have breakfast tacos, ya austinites…
…and spicy bloody mary’s.
…and no one seems to know about it, ‘cause it’s never annoyingly busy or crowded.
An all around win.
