a tragic love story
This vintage Jonathan Logan dress needed a few fixes.
I was hesitant to buy, but it’s velour robe vibe won me over.
And sheesh - the collar!
One simple fix is done, but hemming up a few inches hasn’t happened, yet.
Wanting to wear it anyway, I tucked some fabric up into the belt for the day.
Then!
Later!
A bottle of oil.
Loose top on aforementioned oil.
An incident.
Some dabbing and a gentle cycle later…

I’ll be cutting off a good chunk of the length.
Maybe I can try making pockets since I’ll have extra material.
