Lettuce has a way of going bad before you can get through an entire head, right?
Well, Angela just posted this partial head of lettuce that is
over a month old and still healthy and edible!!
Simply by adding a little water at the bottom of the plastic bag
where the root of the lettuce sits… It’s alive! It’s ALIIIIIIVE!!
Long live heads of lettuce!
