it’s billy reid week!
So, I’m flipping through pants at Thrift Town
and pull out this pair extraordinaire.
Clearly made with love and tenderness
with beautiful fabric that holds its shape while soft and flexible,
even at a tight fit, they became mine
($1.99…I couldn’t leave them there).
I wasn’t familiar with the maker : Billy Reid.
Google led me to the (excellently constructed) B.R. site
(check it out - to get more detail, the product pushes
the search results aside, but everything is still there. perfect!)
and what is a bit strange is that I’m not
really into the women’s clothes on display.
I like some details,
like the neck of this tee :
And this gorge skirt :
But in general, not super feeling it.
Why strange?
